This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by VALICORP (the same developer name shown on our Google Play and Apple App Store listings, "we", "us", "our"), including, for example, AquaFit (com.valiprod.aquafit). It explains how our apps handle your information.

1. Data we collect

Our apps are generally designed to work offline and do not require an account. As the developer, we do not collect, store on our own servers, or sell your personal information.

Our apps may use the following third-party services, which can collect limited data governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising, in apps or tiers that show ads): collects device or other identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and technical device information to display ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase (for apps offering purchases or subscriptions): the store processes your payment. We never see or store your payment details.

Any preferences or content you create in an app (settings, chosen language, saved items) are stored only on your device unless a specific app states otherwise, and are not transmitted to us.

2. How data is used

• To display and measure advertising (AdMob), where applicable.
• To provide and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions (via Google Play / Apple), where applicable.

3. Data sharing

Where ads are shown, the advertising identifier and related technical data are shared with Google (AdMob) for the advertising purposes above. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

4. Consent

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, apps that show ads present a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time.

5. Data retention and deletion

Because our apps do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no account data for us to retain. On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

You can also, at any time:

• Reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
• Request deletion of any data related to you by emailing valiprod@valiprod.com with the app name and the subject "Data deletion request". We will respond to and action any applicable request within 30 days.
• Manage or cancel any subscription in Google Play or the App Store.

6. Children

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
